🔥 Heating & cooling

An HVAC answering service that’s yours to keep.

No-heat calls in January, no-cool calls in July, and you are in a crawlspace for both. Answello answers the calls you miss, finds out who rang and what is wrong, and texts you before they ring the next company on the list.

What it takes down on every call

It follows the script you write, so it asks what you would ask. A typical heating and cooling script covers:

  • Who and where: the caller’s name, the number read back to them, and the address.
  • What is wrong: no heat, no cooling, a noise, a leak, or a service or quote request.
  • How urgent it is: whether anyone vulnerable is at home, and whether it is an existing customer.

You get it as a text, with urgent calls marked, and the recording and transcript are in your dashboard. It can also send each call straight into your CRM.

Peak season without a peak-season bill

HVAC calls come in waves: the first cold snap, the first heatwave. Answering services that bill by the minute or the call cost you most in exactly the weeks you are busiest. Answello costs the same in a quiet April as in a frantic July, because you bought it once and the only running costs are your own phone and AI usage.

Heating, plumbing, one licence

Plenty of HVAC firms also run a plumbing or electrical brand, each with its own number. Answello covers as many of your own brands and numbers as you like, each with its own greeting and script, for the one payment. There is more on the plumbing side in AI answering for plumbers.

When a staffed service is the better fit: if you need a person to dispatch your on-call technician at 2am, or to book jobs into your schedule while the customer is on the line. Answello takes the message and texts you. It does not dispatch or book. For nights and weekends, see after-hours answering.

Questions people ask

Can it tell a no-heat emergency from a quote request?

Yes. It works out whether a call is a real job and marks the urgent ones in the text it sends you, based on what the caller says and the questions in your script.

Does it book the service call?

No. It takes a clear message and gets it to you fast, so you can call back and book it. If you need booking on the call, a staffed service or a monthly booking tool is the better fit.

Will my customers know it is an AI?

Yes. It says so straight away, then takes the details and reads the number back so it is right.

What does it cost for an HVAC business?

$399 once, or $895 if we set it up for you. After that you pay the phone company around $8 a month per brand and the AI provider for what you use, both on your own accounts. Nothing further to us.

Stop losing the no-heat calls.

One payment, every brand you run, and your phone still rings first.
